Mark is always personable and professional. He is very good at what he does and knows the marked very well. I have used Mark before and will do it again.

We closed the sale on a property with Mark, and he did a fantastic job for us. I can’t say enough good things about him. His sales abilities are only out matched by his knowledge of properties. I am in the real estate business myself, having been a real estate agent for over 25 years, and I can tell you, that my wife and I, are extremely happy, that we hired Mark to handle this sale for us. This property was in good shape, for an over 100 year old building, but there were still inspection issues to deal with, and with Mark’s guidance and expertise, we reached a fair, and equitable, conclusion, with little or no hassle. As we worked toward closing, there were some banking issues, and Mark jumped in, and helped the buyer navigate them, to a successful conclusion. I would also like to add that as we closed this property, we were all going through the first uncertain days, of the pandemic health crisis, and the stay at home orders, and his handling of the situation, with confidence, thoroughness, and calmness, helped everyone involved, not the least of which was myself.
