When I called Mark about buying a home I was very specific in what I was looking for, I wanted a half acre home with 3 beds 2 baths in Fontana. After meeting with Mark and speaking with his preferred lender he ease the process to get qualified to purchase we then saw a home that checked all my boxes I told him this one is it I got to have it I quickly ask Mark to submit an offer, after brief negotiations my offer was accepted.
