Mark helped guide our first home buying experience. He availed himself on many occasions to see houses on a weekly basis over several months and was always on time, reliable and prompt in correspondence. He answered many of our questions, helped us understand some nuts and bolts of the process, and was a calming influence when it was time to negotiate with the sellers. He handled our enthusiasm and inexperience with grace, often being a sounding board and voice of reason during emotionally charged situations. He helped us navigate the way to move through the process and we are so happy with the decision!
