Mark helped guide our first home buying experience. He availed himself on many occasions to see houses on a weekly basis over several months and was always on time, reliable and prompt in correspondence. He answered many of our questions, helped us understand some nuts and bolts of the process, and was a calming influence when it was time to negotiate with the sellers. We met Mark by chance but we immediately knew he was going to be great. We had just started the process of looking for our new home and we didn't have a realtor lined up yet. We requested a showing at a property and Mark happened to be the guy who answered the call. No matter how many questions we had he never made us feel like we were a bother. The entire process was very organized and straight forward. We had an offer on a property that ended up falling through because it didn't get appraised for the list price. He didn't give up on us and he did his best to steer us in the right direction. We ended up with a different property on the opposite side of town and couldn't be happier.
