My husband and I were apprehensive about selling our home of 20 years and buying a new one. Little did we know how easy it would be with the help of realtor Mark Little. He was attentive to both our needs (which were quite different) and looked for homes that could potentially be forever homes for us. As our home sold and we began the process of purchasing our new home, Mark "held our hands" every step of the way. He lined up inspections, worked with our mortgage company, and made sure we had every t crossed and i dotted. He was a huge help for us before, during, and after this whole process!

Mark Little did a great job for my wife and me. We have known Mark for quite some time now. We talked with Mark when we decided to sell our house in town and pursue another home out of town. Mark was very knowledgeable about upgrades you can make to your house to help appearance and appraisal. He sold our very quickly. Then he worked with us day and night to find the house we both would be happy with. Mark is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of buying and selling a house. Highly recommended!!

No complaints with our experience with Mark. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He was never out of contact with us, he always gave his opinion on little details we may have missed or over looked and Mark was very patient and understanding during our process of finding our family the perfect home! Mark started out showing just my son and his wife homes that were in their price range, and then after a few months my wife and I (along with Son & and his wife) decided to look for a home that all of us could live in. Mark showed us ALOT of homes and he did so with the same enthusiasm and encouragement that he had with showing them lesser priced homes! This really impressed me! Mark is quick judge of what we were looking for in a home. As we spent time with Mark he showed us exactly what we were looking for. After just a couple of weeks working with Mark, we found our home. Marks job didn't end there! Mark stayed with us as we went through the process of working with the company and watched out for our interest! Mark was treating this sale as if it was for him and his family, always staying engaged! I will miss not working with Mark as he now seems to be part of family!
