Mark made what should have been a difficult experience—my first time buying a home—fun and simple. He really goes above and beyond to assist you in finding your dream home. We began to think about selling our home because of the climate and we also built a cabin and realized we would be spending more time there than in Florida. The process was stressful and after two failed offers I said to Mark maybe we should just take it off the market and he said No Problem! No you signed a contract you need to follow thru ,just if you don’t want to sell I am cool with that (wow)! We decided we would keep it off a while and go up to the cabin and upon return Mark had been contacted by another agent about an offer and I told mark ok but this was it no discounts and if this fails that’s it we’re done! Mark says he understood and drew up contract giving me plenty of time to pack which was crucial! I also want to say Mark was there for each inspection and was crucial in keeping us in the game l feel without him I would have just given up. Thanx Mark from Bev and Myself you were the best!
I can't say enough about the experience we had with Mark. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the selling process of our house and buying of our new house, but allowed us to do it all the way we wanted to after he gave us the information. He is honest and took great care of us every step of the way. He arranged everything for us and the whole thing went very smoothly. I would highly recommend him to all!
