Mark represented me as a buyer back in 2008 with excellent service in the purchasing process, as a result of the fantastic service I elected him to represent me as a seller as well in 2016 for the same home, Mark is an honest straight forward person regardless of whom he represent, buyer or seller, he speaks to me as a seller as if he represent the buyer, at the same time if I'm interested in a home that he doesn't see it as a good option to buy, he discourages me from making an offer on it and he takes the time to keep looking for something that would makes me feel happy with at a later time, it is hard to find this qualities in a realtor these days.

I live in Colorado but needed a realtor in Dallas to sell a house I owned there. After Mark was recommended to me, I spoke to him on the phone and was very impressed with him! Living so far away, I had many anxieties and questions about selling the house. Mark answered every question in detail and responded to every email, text, and phone call promptly. He never seemed in a rush or in a hurry to move on. He listened carefully to my concerns, walked me through the whole process, gave me excellent advice, and eased my concerns. He worked hard and sold the house for the price we wanted! I have already recommended him to my friends still living in the Dallas area. I'm convinced you'll not find a better realtor than Mark Kukla!
