This was an out of state sale as we were relocating to South Carolina, Mark was referred to us and from the very beginning he exceeded our expectations. Mark helped us line up our mortgage broker, who proved to be great through out this process. Covid delayed us, but Mark stayed in touch and when we were able to come over in June of 2020, he got every house we wanted to see scheduled. Even though this trip was not successful, we continued to look online and when we found something that interested us, Mark would go out and video the house, send it to us with information about the house. In November we came back and found the house we were looking for. Being out of state, Mark did a lot of the leg work on setting up inspection, making sure the termite inspection was done, the closing was very smooth because of everything he had done. After the closing we had some issues with an appliance and Mark worked very hard to get it resolved with sellers agent. Since I am not from this area, I have ask Mark for recommendation on various tradesmen. The thing I liked is he uses these people for his personal use. Again Mark is simply the BEST!
