Never really selling any property, Mark took care of everything for us. Educated me, answered every question, never letting me wait long. And best of all got me more money than I thought our condo was worth. He handled the closing like a pro. My wife and I are now proud to call Mark our friend, and our realtor.

Mark used his position with us to sell me on hiring his girlfriend into my company. She was an absolute nightmare for my company. Yet, we used Mark in THREE real estate transactions, trusting him and his ability. When my husband and I finally broached the sensitive subject of his using his leverage with us to promote his girlfriend for a position within my company (after the 3rd real estate transaction, to prevent any awkwardness)…Mark responded in which we anticipated: ugliness, attacks, “why does this involve me”?…etc. I have the text messages, and my husband was privy to the ugly conversation. Bottom line: this man made a LOT of money off us. And yet he feels that it is appropriate to attack us because we are uncomfortable about his girlfriend and his recommendations for her. So very sad. We will NEVER use him again. He tells people he is the “RFL” (realtor for life), but he is no longer ours. Sadly, both my parents and in-laws wish to purchase property here now. He will NOT be the realtor of choice.
