Mark Jones

I haven't lived in Colorado for a while now, so when I needed to sell my Condo there I was in a bit of a spot on who to use since I didn't know anyone in the area. I called a few realtors, basically at random, to check them out. Mark easily stood out as the most professional and responsive. Once our transaction started I was very glad I had picked Mark. He gave great advice on how to best present the condo and what work would give me the best bang for my buck when sale time came. He also gave me realistic advice on what potential problems could be with appraisals in the local market, and time frames for sale. Once we listed it we had 2 immediate offers, one of which I took. We hit a few bumps in the transaction along the way that could have derailed the transaction but Mark used his connections in the area to find the people necessary to make the transaction work. Some real estate agents, once they get your listing, aren't very responsive, especially if your property is not the largest property they have to sell. Mark was very responsive to me the entire time, and even when the transaction ended up taking more work than it should have he continued to put the work in, even though my property was a relatively small condo. I highly recommend Mark Jones if you have any real estate business to do in Colorado, he was super responsive, professional, resourceful and knowledgeable about the market in the area.
