Mark Jermyn handled the marketing and sale of our home during the trying times of the covid pandemic in first part of 2020. He did a fantastic job and was always available to discuss our concerns from the preparation of the house, through the pricing and marketing, through the transaction and closing. He arranged top-notch photos, helped us in the staging, and never led us into spending unnecessarily on something that would not benefit us in the long run. Moreover, Mark personally did some of the small repairs in the house (saving us a lot of money) and for any task too big, he brought in a qualified and affordable professional. He helped with the move-out and cleanup as well. Throughout the entire process, Mark was patient, courteous, and understanding with all of us involved in the sale of our family home of over 20 years. We came to consider him as a real friend. No one could have foreseen the stressful circumstances that the coronavirus shutdown would bring and Mark pulled everything together with his positive approach and leadership skills.
