Mark Jarrett was knowledgeable of the local AND surrounding areas; he was patient as we looked at more homes than most do; he assisted in getting lender info. We got the home for a fair price and got through financing with no issues. As we neared the closing period we needed some additional assistance and he was quick to help which was above and beyond his requirement as a realtor.
