Top notch and knowledgeable about local market

I had a great experience with Mark Jacoby finding/buying my condo in Delray Beach. I knew my purchase budget but as a first-time buyer I had limited knowledge of what I could get for my money, the additional costs I should plan for and tradeoffs I might consider. Mark is very knowledgeable about the communities and properties in my budget in the area I chose. He was able to help me narrow down the choices and switch gears as some of my requirements changed as we visited properties. Because he was on top of new listings we were able to move quickly on the condo that was just right for me when it became available. He guided me through the offer and purchase process, and was able to expedite many of the steps in the process. I'm very happy with my new home, and recommend Mark highly!
