Mark helped us sell our house in Ringoes at a time when house values had declined significantly. He is extremely thorough in his market research and made a very evidence based recommendation for our list price. We received 5 purchase offers in the first week we listed, all of them at or above list price when other similarly priced homes had sat on the market for many, many months. I think the reason for this was a combination of being very well maintained home and a very fair list price. Pricing right gave us the peace of mind as sellers that we had other offers to fall back on. The one regret is that we did not accept the highest cash price purchase offer which upon hindsight, I would have negotiated. Mark also helped us find a home in a very sought after neighborhood where there were no listings that met our criteria. Mark helped my husband I sell our condo in Flemington NJ. n nHe is confident and very knowledgeable.
