Mark helped with our purchase of a new build. Mark did a great job! The contractor made a number of mistakes which Mark had to contend with. He worked diligently to resolve all issues and look out for our interests. The contractor was difficult, I was too, yet Mark never complained. It was very stressful. Mark assured us the whole way he would see to it that everything worked out and it did, largely due to his competentence and willingness to make it happen. He was there every step of the way, field meetings, inspections, etc, even though it was quite a commute for him. It was terrific having him as our agent. He was never pushy, he was always highly professional. We were blessed to meet and work with him.

This is the second home we have bought with Mark and the first time he’s also listed our home for sale. Our house sold in less than 12 hours and after a day of looking at houses our one and only offered was accepted!
