I reached out to Mark when I learned from several of my friends who had bought houses from Mark with great satisfaction. Mark is known for his patience, friendliness, and knowledge about the housing market. This is our 3rd time trying to buy a single family home in the bayarea, with failures in the past we had little hope based on the ridicules prize that had gone up in the recent years. Mark was very professional and gave us honest opinion of the houses we toured, and was never pushy but gave us room to think. We weren't the highest bidder, in fact, we were the 3rd in place. Mark kept in touch with the seller's agent, kept us in the update and provided different strategies to work with the seller. At the end, the seller liked Mark and we were able to get the house after 2nd offer:) That's not the end of the story, I started to look for contractors to see the house but it was in the period of closing, so every time I needed Mark to open the door for us and he was always patient and on time. He also made several recommendation of different roof repair, contractor, and etc, helped us saved tons of money. We are very satisfied with Mark's service and highly recommend him to anyone who's buying or selling their property.
