Mr. Hepfinger provided much needed and much appreciated help for not only a novice buyer, but a remote buyer as well.

We highly recommend Mark Hepfinger to any potential real estate buyer or seller. To say Mark went beyond the call of duty, is an understatement. His knowledge of the market, communication through every step of the process, and advising us as different situations arose kept us in the front seat the whole way. We live a pretty good distance from the house we sold, and Mark spent quite a bit of time checking on the property. Several large and small repairs were required to complete the sale, and Mark dug in to make sure each one was finished to everyone's approval. Mark, thanks again for everything you did for us!
