Mark Haygood did a great job on the marketing and ultimate selling of our lake property.

Our experience with Mark was excellent from the very beginning. We invited four realtors to visit the house and develop a plan for selling the home. We asked them to inspect the property, ask us any questions they had and then to take the information and meet with their broker/management to help develop the initial asking price without any pressure from us. We wanted the realtors to give honest advice based on their experience, inspection and our answers to any questions they had. Three of the four visited and after each had the opportunity to share their plan, we chose Mark because when he arrived, he had already prepared by checking tax records and had a good market analysis ahead of his visit. His plan for the whole process was much more detailed right from the beginning. Mark kept his word throughout the listing and eventual sale of the property. He never quit working to find more ways to get the property viewed by potential buyers and once spring arrived, his work paid off for all of us. During the sales process, he kept us informed of needed paperwork reviews and signatures and helped us finalize all needed documents. Mark was a great choice for us.
