We just closed on our first forever home with Mark acting as our Buyers agent.. He is first class.. met with us any day including Sundays.. kept in contact with us via e-mail and text when he was on vacation during our closing process.. he is a great realtor and I highly recommend him if you are thinking of looking for real estate or listing real estate in the Siouxland Area.. you can't pick any one better who is as down to earth as Mark is. Don't like high pressure sales tactics, the Mark is you man. He makes the process as easy as possible.

Mark was recommended to me by a co-worker who had nothing but good things to say about his experience with Mark and Century 21. Mark handled the sale of our old home and with the purchase of our new home. I work various hours and no matter when I called or texted Mark he answered. The same day our new house came on the market, Mark knew it was exactly what we were looking for and he made arrangements on short notice for us to look at it. Mark was very knowledgeable about the market in our area and sold our home in three months even after we tried for six months with another agent.

Helped through the whole process on both ends of the deal,with lenders,buyers, very helpful throughout the process. Helped me find a good deal on a moving truck,in consent contact to keep us updated on how the whole home inspection went and keeping the sellers agent updated on all the deals that was an extra sale like washer and dryer,refrigerator, and when they could pick up keys and door openers, and mailbox keys, he made sure all the small things were taking care of so it didn't burden us with it.

Mark was very good to work with he got things moving along quickly and without hassle. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the property and things that needed updated and made to code. Great sense of humor and Professional not just to us but the other Realtor involved.
