Mark has incredible knowledge about every stage of the buying process and is able to explain things clearly. Mark was able to identify the pros and cons of each place I viewed, which enabled me to make the best decision possible. He helped me with every step of the negotiating process and I felt confident in every decisions I made. He is very responsive as well as proactive. I would recommend Mark to anyone and everyone.

Mark did an awesome job!! We were outbid numerous times over several years, but Mark was very patient and understanding even though he had to show us dozens of places and put in tons of work. He always gave extremely detailed analysis/comps on the homes we were interested in. And he truly wanted us to find a home that was good for us, and was quick to point out problems, red flags, etc. for places we viewed, rather than trying to push us into purchasing something that was overpriced, a bad fit, etc. so that he could make a quick paycheck. I highly recommend Mark!

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way in buying my first home. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and willing to put in the homework (no pun intended) for market data on each home we considered but he was calm and reassuring when I would get flustered and stressed about deadlines or details. The opposite of pushy, Mark truly cares about finding the right home for his buyer and takes pride in doing a job he loves. That much is clear.

From that point, Mark became our real estate guide. Beyond his role as an agent, Mark is a deeply knowledgeable consultant in the real estate space. Coupled with many years of experience, it's clear he continuously studies his craft and has an advanced analytical understanding of the market, market forces, property worth/ potential and technical aspects of property make-up and construction. With an amazing level of patience, Mark's calm/ understated demeanor allowed us to view multiple properties over many weeks as he also responded to dozens of questions without missing a single beat or giving the slightest hint of pause or pressure. He guided us when we needed guidance and faded into the background when we needed to think or discuss. If asked, he weighed in with his viewpoints in a humble manner always providing a healthy counter-balance of alternate ways of analyzing the topic. From valuation to all aspects of the buying process and even the nuts & bolts of possible work that might be needed - - Mark has a distinctive level of technical insight and know-how. There seemed to be no weakness in the ways he could help when it comes to real-estate in the markets he serves. Even after closing, Mark came to help me cap some plumbing in the 'as-is' property we're working to renovate AND he still answers my wife's plethora of questions (yes, I'll blame her for that ;-) Obviously, we're fans of Mark Groble and hope to work with him again in the future but also hope for his ongoing friendship. He's a strong professional, a great guy and a high-quality human being overall.
