Mark was extremely respectful and responsive to us. He compared our home’s price on other homes sold in our area and we were able to receive an excellent contract on the property. His photo display of our home and lot was so professional and made our home’s appearance outstanding. He walked us thru one contract with a buyer that did not work out and had a second contract on the house in less than 8 hours that closed in 2 weeks. It could not have worked out better. He was kind to us. He helped us buy this house 7 years ago and then sold it for us. He is very connected in the Real Estate business and has great insight into the market. We put the house on the market on one day and had 5 contracts that evening.
