Mark was wonderful helping find my needle in the haystack over nearly a year. His relationship with the seller’s agent helped ensure I got the opportunity to make the winning bid. The real magic, though, came at closing as it was unexpectedly delayed at the last minute for 3 days. He was doing all the things to keep everything moving forward while keeping me calm and confident it would all work out. And again, his relationships were invaluable as the movers he recommended worked with me through the delays.
