An Indiana native, Mark arrived in Boulder after nearly two decades in New York City negotiating record
sales for many of the top fashion and retail brands in the industry. With an extensive, well-rounded
understanding of what it takes to market and drive awareness for your property, Mark's strategies open
doors for his customers and make the process of finding a home both exciting and rewarding. He
believes in putting people overall, a motto that drives his business and motivates him to create the best
set of circumstances possible for his clients. Mark is thrilled to be joining the Thomas Ratay Team as an
Associate Broker, and when he's not negotiating sales, he enjoys running, swimming, hiking, and
spending time with his family and friends.
