My wife and I had been aspiring for quite some time to buy an investment property on the Jersey shore with the plan to move down to the shore after a few years for retirement. We know Mark well as our daughters are housemates in college. After discussing our plans with Mark we were shown a few houses in December of 2021. The first positive interaction is the very honest feedback we received from Mark on one of the home we were considering. Mark immediately showed that he was in the game for our best interests not just for the sale. Then in June of 2022 came the call from Mark informing us that a house in the area we were looking at just came on the market. It was an estate sale and the market had been very hot up until that time. Mark's guidance and council allowed us to not only get the house but to also pay a very fair price for the house. We are so pleased with our purchase. Throughout the process Mark has been available for conversations. His feedback and opinions are on point, and very productive. His dedication is beyond reproach as he guided us through the process an earlier house while out of the country. Mark brings tremendous energy to the search and as much as the situation seemed daunting at times, Mark's attitude and dedication gave us belief that we would find what we were looking for.
