Mark helped us find a home in the neighborhood we wanted, and got us a great price for it. My husband and I are first time home buyers & Mark was exceptionally patient with all of our nerves and multiple questions. He encouraged us to ask questions so we felt comfortable at every step of the way. <br/><br/>His negotiation skills were great, and he was able to get us a price for the house that was more than $30k below the appraised value of the house!! <br/><br/>We were very happy with Mark's skills, and his level of professionalism.
