Mark and his team are the best! My son and I recently closed on a house outside of Bellingham (in Sudden Valley) with Mark at the helm. He knows the best people to handle your loan, inspect the house, get your insurance, your escrow, and anything else you could ever think of (including where to get the best cinnamon rolls). We were purchasing from out of state; Mark made the whole process easy. We were able to fly up and put an offer on a house in only one weekend. (That offer thankfully fell through when Mark’s top notch home inspector found the “remodel” was just lipstick on a pig.) We flew up the following weekend and were able to make an offer on an even better house that had just come on the market! We made those offers with excitement and confidence, knowing, “That’s the one!” because Mark took the time to show us everything within my son’s limits and needs. He listened to my son’s wish list. He worked very hard on for us. Mark knows his business and provides straightforward, honest advice. He did not waste our time. He also helped my son acclimate to the town and live on his own in this great area. I will always be grateful to Mark for being there for my son. We would certainly use this team again, and recommend his team to anyone who wants to feel 100% sure they made the best purchase available! Mark is truly a first-rate realtor and a wonderful man!
