Mark Fitzpatrick is an exceptional real estate agent. I got a call from him when I was looking at houses online. I am one who “never ever” goes with a salesman or agent who calls me or knocks on my door. In order to get the best, I feel that I must do the research to find the best and be the one who makes the first call. However, in Mark’s case, I was so impressed by him on the phone that day I chose him immediately to help us find the new home. I was never sorry. He was exemplary in his efforts to represent our interests in the process. He was prompt, efficient, kind, caring, and quick. He took time from his family on several occasions to meet with us at unusual times. He was extremely communicative and responsive. We found the perfect house within 10 days and he was great with negotiations with the seller. All in all, we think Mark is an excellent choice as a real estate agent. Beverly Catron
