Mark started by talking extensively with us about what we were seeking in a home here in the Treasure Valley. He took the time to learn a lot about us so he could show us homes that fit what we were seeking. As we viewed homes, the parameters became increasingly defined and the homes Mark showed us were increasingly closer to exactly what we wanted. When we did find the home we wanted, Mark presented the offer and negotiated the purchase before any other offers competed with ours. Mark wasn’t finished, though. He was diligent about many details and issues that needed to be addressed by the seller before we closed on the property. Most of all, Mark is just a really nice guy and an ethical man. We noticed the respect he garnered from everyone we encountered when he was working with us.

Mark went above and beyond to help us with our retirement move to Idaho. He responded quickly to phone messages and was very knowledgeable with all our Real Estate questions. We highly recommend him.
