Mark did an amazing job for us in selling 2 homes and purchasing a home over the last 8 years. We also had him sell my dads home while selling our second home. He was on top of everything for both. In the purchase we did an on line auction that Mark facilitated for us. His knowledge of all things real estate is impressive. Buying and selling are both stressful, Mark is honest, calm and supportive which is what we needed. In our sales he walked us through the offers helping us make a good choice. Our houses sold quickly. We were happy with the selling price, Mark negotiated on all 3. He was also helpful with the Title company making sure they had what they needed from us for a smooth closing. We appreciated all of Marks knowledge through the whole process. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone buying or selling real estate.
