Mark Fields

Mark Fields was referred to me by my sister in law, who had purchased a home with his help some years back. Being a veteran, I wanted to take advantage of a VA Loan. He made finding homes in our budget very easy and offered his honest feedback on ones we selected to view. His experience and insight was instrumental in finding our home. He was never pushy or judgmental about our choices. Extremely patient man and truly does want you to find the home that is perfect for you. While we had some hiccups along the way due to a clerical error out of anyone’s control, the overall process was pretty straightforward. If you are a 1st time buyer and have a million and six questions, I can not recommend him enough.

Mark was great to work with he was patient and always responded quickly and was happy to help. Mark was respectful of my budget, I never felt pressured to buy and I knew he had my best interests in mind.

Mark was a tremendous resource and was very flexible with our schedules. He was quick to correspond to our inquiries and was influential in negotiations with final price and certain punch list items.
