Jim and Mark oversaw the sale of our Scottsdale house in an totally first rate way, always letting us know when offers were arriving, how we should react to those offers and paying close attention to into detail as we went into escrow and closed. Mark and Jim were extremely helpful. I however was on the razors edge. I needed to find a new house in the East Valley FAST!! They stayed calm and helped me through the process. Offering advice but never being pushy. They understood my "must haves" and we found it!! I love the new house. Could not be happier!!
