This serves as warning that Mark Everson is the worst of the worst. We rented from him from 2011-2016. Always punctual with rent. The walls were never painted when we moved in to 1811 Ne 26th ter Cape coral. Garage door bent had to have it repaired several times. After 5 years of normal wear and tear, Mark filed a notice of claim for our security deposit, all of it. Beware he is a dishonest and will take your money. He was only charging us $1050/ month rent. Mark said he knew it wasn't in great shape. Mark kept my deposit so he could fix the place up and charge 1395/ month rent. Do Not Trust him or Expert team Property management.
