Mark is the best! He always makes himself available, is very patient and has really listened to what is important to us in a home. He has never pushed or pressured and has actually pointed out potential issues that we wouldn't have otherwise noticed so that they could be addressed. Highly reccomend Mark for any real estate needs!

He found the right lending company to fit my needs. He has an excellent personality and was always available when I needed his advice and to answer my questions. Mark is absolutely amazing to work with. We bought our first home in Florida 3 years ago, which almost didn't happen because the mortgage broker we were working with got tired of dealing with stipulations and let our contract expire and shrugged his shoulders. Mark quickly rushed in to help us straighten everything out and went way above his standard duties as a realtor. When the seller refused to extend the contract, Mark would visit homes for us and take videos on his cell phone to send back to us in NY so we could personally tour the homes off site. Mark helped us find our perfect starter home on a huge, gorgeous lake at an amazing price. When it came time for us to upgrade, he was the only one we would consider calling. He was able to get a contract on our existing home in 2 days and negotiated a great deal on our new home. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, knows the ins and outs of all the neighborhoods. Always offered valuable advice. Never met anyone more patient. He takes the time to get to know his client's needs and is always working round the clock exceeding expectations. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to work with. Mark is the Man.
