I can’t recommend Mark enough. I used him to buy my first house back in 2014 and then again to sell in 2020. The best way to describe Mark is calm, cool and collected. He is very knowledgeable and patient and acts based on facts rather than emotion. I feel Mark truly had my best interest during both the purchase and sale of my home. Closing on a house can be very stressful but with Mark I felt at ease and like it was all going to work out, and it did. Our condo was only on the market 6 days even amidst the state of affairs with COVID-19. After the inspection, there were a few fixes needed. Mark jumped in leveraging his connections to get the updates completed promptly – just one example of how he goes above and beyond his call of duty.
