Mark was a great help through the home buying process. Prior to having Mark, we had a real estate agent who made the process of searching and negotiating a home very difficult for us. When we found Mark, the whole process was different. We both searched listings and in the end, Mark found us the perfect home. As a retired couple, we were looking for a ranch, that would meet our desires and through some short trail and error, we were able to find the perfect home for our needs. After the inspection, we found out that the roof would need to be replaced due to it being Atlas Chalet Shingles, where we would not be able to insure the home. Mark was able to negotiate the cost into the contract that represented our best interest and we were more than happy that we did not lose the home because of this issue.
