We recently worked with Mark Day and his team with the recent sale of our family house. After the loss of our mom the family house needed to be sold and we contacted several real estate agents to interview. Unfortunately for us, after years of interest rates being low the timing of our sale was after several interest rate increases. The market climate had changed rapidly. This challenge required Mark’s decades of experience and understanding of changing housing climates as he worked closely with us to price and market the home for sale. With the home repairs, staging, online photo’s including overhead drone shots, open house, professional communications the home sold. Our experience was outstanding. The staff at the community where I now live recommended Mark Day to handle the sale of my condominium.
