I cannot say enough good things about Mark Daker. He went above and beyond to help my parents find a house. They were out of state buyers and looked to Mark for guidance on the market, location, and details involving neighborhoods that would best suite them. He was proactive and took his time to really understand their needs. He went out to view properties, taking videos, exploring the neighborhoods, while my parents were selling their home back in the Midwest. After focusing in on a highly sought after neighborhood Mark was able to find a home that hadn't even hit the market yet. He negotiated a great deal and the closing process was seamless. I would recommend Mark to anyone.
