We met Mark through family and I’m glad we did. He started with a very open and informative meeting about exactly what to expect from him and a rough timeline of how he thought things would go. There was very little pressure but after hearing all he offered we couldn’t say no. Well, he was almost spot on with his timeline and any changes to our original plan he clearly communicated. He was eager to sell but not too eager. He was aggressive with our listing and it showed. We got a lot of early traction that continued to build as he continued to work on his side of things. Not only was he great with the listing but even offered his help with other areas to make the process seamless and very easy for us.
