We sold our home in June 2022 and Mark represented us in our sale. Mark brought us so much information about the market and the comps in our area at our first meeting before we had hired him so we were beyond prepared. This was our first impression of him and we were very impressed. Mark is also very candid and honest and never led us astray. He told us exactly what would be most beneficial and easy for us in preparing our home to go on the market and he asked us how we would like to push forward when it came time to receiving offers. Mark took away most of our stress and he was so timely and diligent in all the work he did at all times. He also provided us services to make our house beautifully marketable for the listing and we found this to be thoughtful and appreciate him greatly for this.
