We haven’t bought or sold a house in several years so this process of selling our home of 8+ years was stressful… what do we do, what do we need to finish up, do we need to stage, do we need to have the yard perfect, how do we accomplish paperwork if we are in another state…. Several questions! Mark took the time to listen and then ran down the list of steps that we are responsible for and the steps he was responsible for. Such a relief to know that he was taking on several of our questions so that we could focus on packing up and getting out ( we sold our house empty). Huge relief for us that he took care of the virtual staging rather than furniture in and out! Mark was very realistic and straight up about what to expect price wise AND time wise. Very much appreciated to have realistic expectations set rather than bursting a bubble later. Since our house was vacant it was ok to show at anytime… did we want to know each showing - no, we trusted the showing systems to work and for Mark to take on minor questions if they arose. He walked us through every piece of paper pre sale and every step, set expectations again, to sign sales docs while we were traveling - so easy and smooth for us! The sale of our home was simple and seamless and we really feel that Mark was a huge an asset to this process as well as our ally and our educator. We would hire Mark again in a heartbeat! I was impressed with how responsive Mark was throughout the entire process. I never had difficulty reaching him via email or phone, and he always took time to thoroughly explain and answer all my questions. He is very personable, and I just enjoyed talking with him. I was selling vacant land and Mark wasted no time getting out to it and walking the property. He was quick to have his team get photos (including aerial) and he listed the property asap. I had a great experience using Mark as my agent. He is a great person and an expert in his field. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.
