I bought and sold my condo in Norwood Park in Chicago with Mark in 2012-2015, he is awesome and I highly recommend him for buying or selling (I did both). He knows Chicago real estate down to the block, especially important if your buying in an up and coming area, or looking to real appreciation-investment areas. When I bought my condo- it was a headache short sale- he knows these deals cold and navigated the complex deal without giving up. When I sold he did a great job calculating the comps-value- and was dead on, we sold it in 60 days at a price I was very happy with. I've bought and sold a lot of real estate- Mark is by far best realtor I've ever worked with, he can see things through your perspective- figures out what you want- and then finds it- doesn't try to push his motives on you like most realtors. When it's time to sell- she knows how to price it to get the most money by marketing it to the right buyer. I would double highly recommend him for people looking for bang for the buck- up and coming area's, he can spot value-appreciation in a way no other realtor I've worked with has
