Mark was a good communicator and explained each step as the sale progressed. The property sold very quickly for full asking price so I cannot attest to his negotiation skills. We were pleased with our overall experience.

Mark took care of the details well, but I feel I was oversold on who Mark knew and his contacts before signing and soon as the first decent offer came in it was sell-sell-sell. Would probably make a different choice if I had to do it again.
