I was buying on a 1031 exchange and had limited time to find something so I was looking at all kinds of places and seemed all over the place, but I was trying to be open-minded and still find a perfect house or condo that would suit my investment needs. I never buy anything that I wouldn’t live in myself. Makes it easier for me to stand behind it when I rent out. Mark knows his market.
