My wife and I were moving from Florida and looking for a "different" kind of house. (She's a bit particular.) Mark knows this market extremely well, and showed us a number of available houses in several different areas. After a few days we located one that fit our needs very well. That was the easy part. What followed were a lot of complicated logistical issues, as the transaction relied on three different closings and a furniture delivery timeline that didn't mesh well. Mark stayed in close contact with us, the seller here in CT, and the agent and title company selling our house in Florida.
