In the past we have worked with several other agents, and none of them have compared to Mark Callender. He had excellent communication skills, expertise in buying foreclosures, and was very reliable. He did not try to get us to spend more money on a house and didn't try to convince us to buy something we didn't like. He really listened to us. My husband and I would strongly recommend Mark and plan to use him again if needed in the future. We were 100% satisfied with his services.
