Mark was excellent with his communication. Whether email, text or call, he ALWAYS got back to us almost immediately. He knows the northern suburbs extremely well and has a lot of experience with man y neighborhoods. Mark doesn't just tell you what he thinks a place would go for, he backs up his knowledge with comparative market analyses and other factual information. By doing this, he dealt with us in reality and kept us grounded during the home buying process - there's no unfulfilled promises with Mark. He's a straight shooter, very honest and always humbled by your thanks. He's our friend first and our Realtor second.
