Right off Mark got to work. It was over two months before 2024 and for tax reasons I could not close before that. But Mark did not dilly dally. He jumped right in. Priced it at a fair and equitable price and contacted workmen he knew for bids. I preferred to leave upgrades to the new owners. I had already done major upgrades like dual pane windows throughout. He went ahead and readied for a quick sale. And it was!!! It is so much easier when you have an expert !!
