I worked exclusively with Mark Butwinski during my home buying process. Mark is not your typical realtor. He shows care and concern towards his clients and navigated an insane market with ease. Mark is well versed in all aspects of the home buying process and was able to answer any question I had regarding it. He never was late or missed a showing and always responded promptly when I would contact him. If it wasn't for Mark, I don't know that I would have been successful in purchasing a house due to the current nature of the market, but Mark worked tirelessly to make what seemed impossible a reality. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, he is truly a wonderful realtor.
