Mark Brown is awesome. I lived in another state, but was helping my uncle, who had moved into an independent living unit, to get his house on the market. Mark would get me contacts and resources as needs arose to get the house emptied and cleaned up for sale. He went above and beyond many times, going to my uncle to get papers signed, and even helped my uncle a few times load things into his car. He seems very astute about how to best get the house ready, how to anticipate what the potential buyers will do, how to choose which offer is best, and negotiate as needed . He communicated regularly and in detail to us so we could make decisions as needed, and he works quickly. We put the house on the market and closed in two weeks! Thank you so much, Mark!
