Now Mark does not get paid obviously if I had chose to go the rent route, but he illustrated to be more than just a realtor looking to make a commission. Out of all the homes we looked at, he never pressured me to buy or secure into a home. He got an idea of what I was looking for and worked with me to help finalize exactly what I needed. I’ve currently owned my home for about 2 months now, and I could not have called in love with a better home. If the house was anything less than what he believed I was looking for, he would have told me to walk away.
